NetSuite is seeking a Fusion SaaS SCM Functional Lead to provide technical and functional customer service support. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring complete resolution of customer requests.

Responsibilities
Providing excellence in customer service support
Diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of complex and critical service requests
Provide customer service on a technical and functional level
Drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems
Utilize high level of techno-functional skills
Apply Oracle products knowledge
Employ problem solving skills
Engage in customer interaction/service expertise
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
Ability to read, write, and speak English
US citizenship
Ability to obtain security clearance
High level of techno-functional skills
Knowledge of Oracle products
