The role focuses on providing educational direction and feedback to undergraduate nursing students, facilitating learning opportunities, and assisting with various simulation activities.

Responsibilities
Facilitate learning and practice opportunities in the clinical skills practice lab by offering reinforcement and feedback on skills development
Develop and utilize resources for students to support their learning
Assist with marketing and promotion of the Simulation and Integrated Learning Center (SILC) products, resources, and events
Participate with various forms of simulation, including setting up and tearing down of equipment, providing SBAR report, and controlling simulators
Act as a resource to the SILC undergraduate federal work study students
Assist in research being conducted in the center
Performs other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
Must be a full-time registered graduate student during the time of appointment
Hands on nursing experience in the clinical setting and confidence with fundamental skills
Proficiency with basic computer programs include Office, Excel, Google, PowerPoint and Microsoft and Apple systems
