Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with individual homeowners through proactive outreach (meetings, home visits, and functions) and consistent follow-up
Master verbal, written, and digital communication in a professional setting
Research, analyze, and troubleshoot complex owner issues and complaints, turning potential friction points into long-term loyalty
Utilize and update industry-standard database applications to accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records
Assist with assigned, strategic projects that require planning, coordination, and advanced knowledge of internal programs

Required
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, mature demeanor
Demonstrated superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain objectivity and empathy while communicating policies and resolving conflicts
