Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services
Assess and document extent of water damage using moisture meters and other tools
Extract water using pumps and vacuums, and set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers
Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain detailed records of restoration work
Assist with other restoration tasks as needed, including fire and smoke damage restoration and mold remediation
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a plus
