The Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing social media accounts, content creation, and supporting recruitment efforts through effective communication.

Responsibilities
Create engaging and relevant content for various communication channels, including social media platforms, newsletters, and the ISS website
Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media, providing timely and accurate information
Assist with lead follow-up for recruitment efforts, engaging with prospective students through various communication channels
Collecting and compiling data from online digital marketing efforts for use in creating targeted content and recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in social media management and content creation
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date online content
Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally and courteously

Preferred
