Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities
Seamlessly schedule interviews between candidates and Hoffman & Hoffman hiring teams
Manage all interview logistics, including coordinating meeting rooms, video conference links, and any necessary travel arrangements
Support our recruiters with various administrative tasks to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
Oversee the collection and distribution of interview feedback to ensure timely decisions
Maintain the integrity of our hiring pipeline by tracking candidate progress and ensuring all data is accurate
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to schedule interviews, update candidate statuses, and manage feedback workflows
Generate and maintain recruitment data and reports to provide insights into our hiring process
Ensure all steps comply with our established hiring processes and manage bulk actions like sending rejection notifications
Ensure that sales candidates complete the assessment
Prepare offer letter documents and templates for prospective hires
Coordinate the offer approval process through the proper internal channels
Ensure the accuracy of all offer terms and maintain legal compliance in all documentation
Manage the distribution of offer letters, collect signatures, and meticulously file all offer documentation
Track offer acceptance and decline rates to help us refine our recruitment strategies
Post positions for all hiring managers
Update outdated postings
Maintain job descriptions in ADP
Register Hoffman & Hoffman for college career fairs
Post positions at all universities and technical schools
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
Ability to manage multiple moving parts
Experience in scheduling interviews
Experience in managing interview logistics
Ability to support recruiters with administrative tasks
Experience in collecting and distributing interview feedback
Experience in tracking candidate progress
Ability to maintain data accuracy in hiring pipeline
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ability to generate and maintain recruitment data and reports
Knowledge of compliance with established hiring processes
Experience in preparing offer letter documents and templates
Ability to coordinate offer approval processes
Knowledge of legal compliance in documentation
