Required

Four to seven years of experience in employment litigation

Experience in state and federal courts
Comfortable advising clients
Ability to draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
Ability to draft and argue motions
Ability to take and defend depositions
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Admission to the California Bar
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
