InternTwiddy & Company Realtors is looking for an active summer intern to join their Field Services team as a front-line technician. The role involves gaining practical experience in property diagnostics, repair, and customer service while managing technical issues in a professional setting.

Responsibilities
Act as the expert in the field, responding promptly to work orders
Your primary job will be to diagnose maintenance issues, perform diagnostic tests, and execute a variety of general repairs across properties
Work directly with the Dispatcher to manage a daily route of assignments
You'll be relied upon to complete all work orders and field tasks in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner
Conduct regular preventive maintenance to keep homes running smoothly and minimize future issues
Use and become proficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools, diagnostic devices, and material handling equipment necessary to complete your duties
Take ownership of your assigned service vehicle, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and well-maintained
Qualification
Required
Mechanically inclined students who enjoy working with their hands
Ability to quickly diagnose problems and apply practical knowledge to find effective solutions
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while managing your time and vehicle efficiently
Use smartphone and tablet applications daily to access work orders, communicate via email/text, and update the dispatch system
Confidently and courteously engage with staff, owners, and guests, maintaining a professional demeanor while clearly communicating issues and resolutions
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including routinely lifting up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
