Responsibilities

Perform high-quality repairs on vehicle body and structural components to restore them to factory specifications

Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to assess damage and determine repair needs

Conduct welding, straightening, sanding, painting, and refinishing work as required

Collaborate with estimators, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure accurate and timely repairs

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Stay updated on industry techniques, tools, and technologies through training and certifications

Uphold Bergstrom’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Required

Proven experience as a body shop technician with advanced-level skills in collision repair

Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment, including welding and measuring systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Certifications such as I-CAR, ASE, or equivalent are highly preferred
