For Good & Co is a purpose-driven agency looking for an Executive Creative Director to lead their creative department. The role involves managing a team of creative professionals and collaborating with agency leadership to enhance the agency's vision and identify new opportunities across departments.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative department, managing a handful of both full-time and freelance creative directors, art directors, writers and designers, photographers, filmmakers and motion graphic artists

Act as the creative leader across all accounts, helping teams pinpoint and produce the right creative approach

Support, lead, collaborate, and inspire teams to find the right and new solutions

Ensure the team's work is culturally connected and cutting edge

Play an instrumental role within the agency leadership team to build upon the agency vision and identify opportunities across departments

Manage, inspire and grow a team of creators

Think, develop and inspire the creation of work that is highly crafted and cutting edge

Develop, communicate and sell-in creative approaches that deliver beyond the creative brief

Foster a culture of collaboration across departments

Partner with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time and on-budget executions

Direct and approve creative team project assignments

Assess priorities, manage time, triage problems and delegate roles in a deadline driven environment without putting the client or agency at risk

Attract new creative talent to FG&Co and lead the hiring and training of new creative staff

Partner in the continued evolution of the FG&Co brand as it supports continued agency growth

Lead the creative development of ongoing agency promotions

Partner with department leaders throughout any/all stages of new business
