Restoration Technician - Full Benefits / 401K

SERVPRO of Dane County West is seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join their Production Team as Restoration Technicians. The role involves responding to emergency situations and performing hands-on restoration work to help bring homes and businesses back to life.

Responsibilities

Responding to emergency situations (like water or fire damage)
Performing hands-on restoration work: water extraction, demolition, cleanup, etc
Loading and maintaining vehicles with tools & equipment
Keeping job sites safe and clean
Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates
Helping bring homes and businesses back to life!

Qualification

Restoration experienceConstruction experienceIICRC certificationTeamwork

Required

Have experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration
A valid driver's license
Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
Can lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more with help)
Comfortable climbing ladders, working in attics/crawl spaces, and doing physically active work
Okay working around cleaning agents and various job site environments

Preferred

Prior experience in restoration or construction is a big plus
IICRC certification? Even better!
