Responsibilities

Greets customers and provides customer service

Observes patron behavior and enforces policies, rules, regulations

Collect user fees, payments, registrations, and reservations for recreational facilities and programs, reserves facilities and processes credits, transfers and refunds

Secures doors, windows and surrounding areas when departing facility

Perform general cleaning duties at a facility

Perform light maintenance as required

Assist in the set up and breakdown of programs and events

Leads participants in activities and/or may monitor activities led by other staff

Set-up and breakdown fitness class equipment

Provides first aid supplies to the injured and calls EMS if needed
