Responsibilities
You are the human in the loop, responsible for reviewing and correcting all deliverables to customers
You will hire, train, and manage virtual admins as necessary to help you with your work
You will build processes and automations to speed up your work and the work of your team. You’ll work closely with engineering on automation projects
You will help onboard new customers
You will be the backstop for our customers’ trickiest problems
Qualification
