Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound prospecting, and networking
Outreach: Utilize sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft, along with parallel dialers like Orum or Nooks, to efficiently connect with prospects
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping in our CRM system
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive lead generation and conversion

Required

2+ years as an SDR/BDR within a tech company, preferably a startup
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using sales engagement platforms like LinkedIn, Outreach, Salesloft and parallel dialers such as Orum or Nooks
Proven ability to work independently, managing time and resources effectively
A strong desire to advance to an Account Executive role, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative approaches to overcome challenges and meet objectives
Capacity to perform under pressure, maintaining focus and effectiveness in a high-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
