Responsibilities

Lead and expand partnerships with schools to grow dual enrollment opportunities. Provide exceptional service to dual enrollment students and their families, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience
Manage the day-to-day logistics of the program, including overseeing the application process, registering students, and reporting grades. Provide exceptional service and support to dual enrollment students and their families to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current partner schools while identifying opportunities for growth
Oversee the planning and execution of Lipscomb's Summer Scholars program for rising high school seniors, fostering an engaging and educational environment
Recruit, train, and manage summer camp counselors, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver a positive experience for all participants
Collaborate with university stakeholders to develop and implement future pre-college programs that align with Lipscomb's mission and goals
Maintain a strong customer service mindset, addressing inquiries and concerns from students, parents, and school partners with professionalism and care
Organize and execute events related to pre-college programs, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Experience working with high school students and their families

Preferred

Previous experience in program management or educational administration is a plus
