Responsibilities
Assist University Audio-Visual Department with AV Setups and Classroom Technology Support
Moving and physically setting up speaker systems, projection equipment, and connecting various types of devices to projectors or televisions
Making video conference calls/connections with several applications including Cisco, Webex, and Zoom
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be very team-oriented
Flexible scheduling to work during normal duty hours of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and when necessary for a few hours on some evenings or weekends
Ability to assist with loading a PowerPoint or other media content on a room computer and ensuring the content is displayed on a projector or TV
Ability to move and physically set up speaker systems, projection equipment, and connecting various types of devices to projectors or televisions
Ability to make video conference calls/connections with several applications including Cisco, Webex, and Zoom
No experience is required; training will be provided
