Appropriately deal with members of the public in emergency and non-emergency situations
Assist in the resolution of personnel matters

Required

Ability to lead firefighters effectively and maintain discipline

Knowledge of rules and regulations of La Habra Heights Fire Department
Knowledge of operation and maintenance of apparatus and equipment
Knowledge of principles of fire company management
Knowledge of principles and practices of training fire personnel
