Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washers/dryers
Conduct routine maintenance checks and respond to service requests from residents promptly
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and service requests completed
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents regarding their appliance issues and repairs
Stay updated on appliance technology and remain knowledgeable about industry best practices
Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members to address property-related concerns
Qualification
Required
Reliable and skilled in appliance repair
Ability to diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washers/dryers
Experience conducting routine maintenance checks
Ability to respond to service requests from residents promptly
Skill in maintaining accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and service requests completed
