Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor staff within the Enhanced Collections division
Oversee the collection of delinquent court-ordered debt with an emphasis on cost recovery
Develop and implement procedures, training plans, and performance evaluations
Handle escalated customer service and collection issues with professionalism and fairness
Compile and present statistical and narrative reports to management
Collaborate with judicial officers, internal departments, external agencies, and community partners
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
At least three (3) years in a collections environment, with two (2) years as a supervisor, senior, or lead worker
Strong knowledge of supervision practices, legal terminology, and automated systems such as Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred
Inspire, coach, and evaluate staff to deliver exceptional service
Balance operational efficiency with fairness and compliance
Communicate effectively across diverse groups, from judicial partners to the public
Develop innovative solutions to challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
