Responsibilities
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
Conduct regular inspections with property managers
Complete work orders using a mobile app
Respond to emergency calls (during and after hours)
Preventative maintenance: lighting, roof, drains, plumbing checks, filters
Ensure vacant units are move-in ready
Track supplies and maintain inventory
Work with property managers to resolve tenant requests
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Great communication and teamwork skills
