As a Client Service Associate, you will support Financial Advisors by managing client inquiries, providing administrative support, and assisting in new business activities. This role offers a pathway to career development as a fully licensed Financial Advisor if desired.

Responsibilities

Handling of all inbound client service requests
Maintain and update client databases and records
Assist in scheduling meetings with clients
Prepare and process client paperwork, including account applications and documentation
Insurance applications, scheduling medical exam, communication with New Business Coordinator and underwriters
Coordination and handling of advisor calendars includes confirmations, reviews, and reminders
Manage and organize documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Handle general administrative tasks such as scanning and data entry
Work closely with the team of Financial Advisors to achieve targets and objectives
Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on client management
Help organize workshops and seminars
Oversee and run Client Appreciation Events
Collaborate with firm Marketing Director for joint efforts
