Parking Control Officer

Responsibilities
Print overnight parking permission report
Issue parking tickets in accordance of municipal requirements per city laws for parking
Count tickets and place in numerical order
Enter counts into the intranet system and deliver tickets to dispatch
Prepare citation books for the following day
Work in the records department by assisting with the filing of reports and placing citation notices in order
Mark car tires for the daytime parking control officer
Deliver administrative mail by vehicle to and from City hall, police department, Sub-station, and other departments as needed
Issue citations when needed when sent out on complaints by dispatch
Attend court trials to assist the City Attorney’s Office in the prosecution of parking ordinance violations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Education (or Equivalent)
Valid WI Drivers License
Demonstrates technical proficiency
