The role involves assisting customers with enrollment processes, resolving plan or provider issues, and advocating for their concerns while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
Assist customers regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
Process enrollment changes and payments
Upselling and cross-selling
Distribute benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility
Collect and report on customer feedback
Basic data entry
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or equivalent
Must pass background and reference checks
Must be able to come into the office
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Type at least 40 words per minute
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Preferred
Spanish translator
Call Center Experience
