Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Collect and record session data on an electronic device
Encourage skill-building and independence through evidence-based strategies
Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure treatment success
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged)
Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is required
Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations
Passion for working with children and making a difference
Ability to commit to at least 6 months in the role
