The role involves completing necessary repairs on motorcycles, performing test rides, and maintaining detailed repair records while providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities
Completing necessary or requested repairs to guests’ motorcycles
Advising Service Writers on recommended repairs
Executing mechanical inspections and checklists on all sales inventory
Preparing damage or crash estimates
Test Riding motorcycles
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Move motorcycles around the shop as needed
Participate in Motorcycle Events/Activities
Qualification
Required
Must have own tools
At least 2-5 years of dealership experience working on motorcycles
Valid motorcycle endorsement (Candidates will be required to submit to a motor vehicle records check)
Preferred
Technician Certification from an accredited school such as MMI, UTI, WyoTech, etc
LOVE everything powersports
MUST have strong attention to detail
Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
