Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a leading cleaning and restoration company specializing in a wide range of services. The Water Damage Restoration Technician will assist in delivering residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services, including water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Daily Schedule:
Arrive at the shop by the designated time
Travel to restoration or cleaning jobs
Conduct pre- and post-job equipment and vehicle maintenance
Perform services such as:
Water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration
Carpet and floor cleaning
Odor remediation
Maintain company vehicles and inventory
Represent the company professionally in appearance, behavior, and communication
Document work and complete daily logs
Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure project completion
MUST BE ABLE TO BE "ON CALL" 24/7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Qualification

Water damage restorationMold mitigationCarpet cleaningTileGrout cleaningBasic computer skillsMathematical skillsCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma (or GED)
Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
MUST BE ABLE TO BE 'ON CALL' 24/7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Preferred

Experience in carpet, tile, grout cleaning and mitigation projects in water and mold
1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning
