Responsibilities
Lead small and large New Product Development (NPD) projects from initiation through completion within the medical device sector
Coordinate Design History File (DHF) transfers and support both new and existing product development, including market expansion projects
Drive teams to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals while ensuring adherence to design controls and the Product Development process
Present project status updates and key metrics to Senior Management
Assemble, report, and communicate program status, deliverables, and performance metrics to both management and project teams
Proactively engage stakeholders to align expectations and develop strong collaborative relationships
Support PMO initiatives, define and establish best practices, and mentor cross-functional teams in PMO tools and processes
Guide and mentor other program and project managers
Support business portfolio planning, development, and prioritization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex NPD, business, commercial, or operations projects in the medical device industry
Proven project management skills in budgeting, planning, tracking, organization, and analytical thinking
Experience with global PMO practices and project management tools: on-boarding, kickoff meetings, risk registers/RAID logs, Gantt charts, WBS, and communication plans
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams, including executives
Action-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
