Responsibilities
Lead NetSuite financial implementation workstreams from requirements through go-live:
Facilitate workshops with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership
Map business processes for Lead to Cash and Record to Report cycles
Design NetSuite solutions for complex financials: consolidations, multi-book accounting, CTA analysis, FX variances
Configure and customize NetSuite financial modules with scripting where needed
Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents
Build test scenarios, manage cutover activities, train finance teams
Troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize post-implementation
Provide ongoing support to drive user adoption and system optimization
Qualification
Required
3+ years with Lead to Cash and Record to Report processes
Experience with Intercompany, Consolidations, Multi-book accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial Reporting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, information systems, or related field
Up to 50% travel; co-locate with teams ~3x/week
Commutable to assigned office
Preferred
NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, Multi-Book Consultant, ARM/Revenue Management)
CPA certification
Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support)
NetSuite integrations, customizations, and data migration experience
Previous consulting firm experience
Global team or stakeholder management
Advanced degree in business, finance, or technology
