Responsibilities

Provide direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care under the direction of the RN or licensed independent practitioner

Requires prior approval or guidance from supervisor for time/schedule changes, legal issues, directed care which deviates from standard, and identifying educational resources to meet developmental needs

Work day shift until the work of the day is complete

Individual schedules will be established with your specific Nurse Manager/Practice Manager

Schedules, including requirements of hours of work may be adjusted as necessary to meet unit requirements and/or as needed
