Responsibilities
Support residents with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
Assist with mobility and safe transfers
Prepare and serve meals tailored to residents needs
Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team members
Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ condition
Qualification
Required
Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
Physical ability to assist with client transfers
