They are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead all aspects of project development, serve clients, and collaborate with Principals in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the development of projects, serving our clients and working directly with the Principals in a dynamic office environment
Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
Utilize strong business development skills
Work with a wide variety of structural materials and building types, with emphasis on larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors

Qualification

SE licenseBuilding design experienceLeadership capabilitiesBusiness development skillsDSA & OSHPDSeismic evaluation experience’s degree in structural engineeringCommunication skillsTeam player

Required

12 to 15+ years of building design experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
Strong business development skills desired
Must have experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types, with emphasis on larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors
SE license required
Master's degree from a US university in structural engineering required
Strong communication and people skills, and team players required

Preferred

Experience with DSA & OSHPD a plus
Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 a plus
