Troubleshoot and repair office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc)

Respond to customer requests and assist end users in basic functionality

Setup machines and provide networking support for customers

Develop a great working relationship with the customers in your territory

Utilize websites, technical manuals, handbooks, and technical publications to keep current with new equipment and enhancements to older machines
