Required

Twelve continuous months of recent experience within the last three years providing direct patient care in a public or private facility
Up-to-date clinical competencies
Valid photo ID such as a drivers license or passport
Current California-issued Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
