Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with kids in their homes, using play-based learning to help them grow
Follow a personalized plan created by your BCBA to help each child succeed
Track progress and take notes to help improve treatment
Think on your feet—every child is different, and you’ll need to adapt and problem-solve
Talk to families and help them understand the child’s progress
Join weekly check-ins with your BCBA for support and coaching
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent) – College is a plus, but not required!
Must be 18 or older
Reliable transportation to get to clients' homes
Able to pass a background check
Active RBT Certification or willingness to get one
Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
