Responsibilities

Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads

Conduct engaging club tours and convert prospects into members

Generate new leads through community events, digital campaigns, and referral programs

Manage follow-ups through phone, text, and email to maintain a full sales pipeline

Provide outstanding onboarding for new members to ensure a positive start

Schedule and promote goal-setting sessions and personal training introductions

Build strong relationships to improve satisfaction and retention rates

Support the Club Director in executing membership promotions and tracking daily performance metrics

Assist with administrative duties, member account updates, and reporting

Maintain club cleanliness, organization, and readiness for tours at all times
