They are looking for a hands-on Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rental equipment, diagnose issues, and support the growth of a new light construction and aerial equipment rental fleet.

Responsibilities
Performing preventative maintenance & repairs (minor and major) on rental equipment
Diagnosing issues with hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical operations
Using root cause analysis to solve problems effectively
Collaborating with Service Advisors and Managers to track repairs, parts, and additional needs
Supporting the growth of a brand-new light construction & aerial equipment rental fleet
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience as a service technician or mechanic (construction equipment preferred)
Strong skills in hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics
Basic tools of the trade required
Comfortable with laptops and software (Microsoft Office, internet tools)
Flexible, reliable, and ready to work in varied environments
Preferred
Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and light construction equipment a plus
