Responsibilities
Assist with and perform general maintenance and repairs commercial property and grounds
Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
Assist with setting up and taking down events
Work scheduled shifts which may include Saturdays and holidays
Assist other maintenance staff as needed
Complete other tasks that may be assigned by the maintenance supervisor or facilities manager
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of property and grounds maintenance and repairs (landscape maintenance, sprinkler repairs, equipment maintenance)
Skills in using hand and power tools
Organizational and prioritization skills
Need to have a Smart phone and be able to download app for work orders
Ability to lift heavy object (50 pounds)
Work with and around public on a daily basis
Able to work outside in hot and cold conditions
