Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pricing models for domestic and international freight forwarding
Analyze bid data to identify trends, margin opportunities, and competitive positioning
Support tariff updates (e.g., OMNI 7L Blanket, Czarlite, Legacy Tariff) and ensure alignment with market conditions
Evaluate proposed solutions for cost efficiency, transit compliance, and coverage optimization
Provide analytics to support decisions on Forward Air network utilization vs. vetted agent sourcing
Partner with Sales and Solution Design during bid cycles to provide data insights and scenario modeling
Create dashboards and reports for leadership on pricing performance, win/loss analysis, and profitability
Identify automation opportunities in pricing workflows and solution assembly
Implement tools and best practices to enhance speed and accuracy in bid responses
Conduct post-mortem analysis on large bids to inform future strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or solution design within transportation or logistics
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
Knowledge of freight forwarding, LTL, and multi-modal transportation networks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
