Responsibilities
Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging while maintaining a patient-centered, caring atmosphere
Operate ultrasound equipment in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
Accurately document procedures and enter supply charges into the system
Support and maintain a quality assurance program in compliance with FDA and ACR guidelines
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of medical sonography
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in medical sonography
At least 6 months of experience assisting with invasive ultrasound-guided procedures alongside a physician
ARDMS certification (one or more specialties)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred
ARDMS certification in Breast Ultrasound
ARRT credentials are a plus but not required
