Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain company websites to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience

Create and update website pages in WordPress, keeping layouts consistent and visually appealing

Manage plugins, including installation, updates, and removals, to maintain site security and stability

Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve website issues such as broken links and performance errors

Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to implement new features and integrations

Monitor website uptime, speed, and mobile responsiveness, addressing issues promptly

Perform website backups, security checks, and general maintenance to ensure data safety

Manage tasks and deadlines using Asana or similar tools to meet project timelines

Stay updated on web technologies and apply best practices to improve site functionality

Support IT and marketing teams with troubleshooting, integrations, and other technical needs

Maintain company standards for website branding, compliance, and overall site health

Adapt to evolving business needs and assist in projects that contribute to company growth

Required

Proven web designs in WordPress

Experience in web hosting, WordPress security, plugin development, website speed, and core vitals

Upkeep the website and take necessary changes to keep it functional, healthy, and continuously build the pages

Knowledgeable in creating graphic designs and have an eye for well-designed and laid-out pages

Knowledgeable in plugin maintenance and able to install, update, or retire plugins as needed

Have the ability to communicate well and work well with people from various parts of the company and from different cultures

Have an eye for well-designed and laid-out pages

A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)

Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
