The role involves reporting maintenance needs and ensuring efficient operation of various refrigeration units and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and repair up to 40 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region

Responsible for maintaining Building HVAC

Refrigeration Walk-Ins and reach ins

Sealed system repairs on Yogurt Machines, Ice Makers, and Frozen Carbonated Beverage Units

Responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair needs found at the location via Service Channel and to their Regional Service Manager

Qualification

HVACUniversal EPA CertificationReading schematicsPower tools proficiencyInterpersonal skills

Required

HVAC, HVAC/R skillset desired

Universal EPA Certification required

Ability to work from 6am through 7pm

Good driving record

Minimum 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field

Ability to read commercial wiring schematics

Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in reading schematics and work plans

Ability to use power tools and hand tools

Ability to work in confined spaces and outside conditions

Ability to use ladders safely

Preferred

2+ years work experience preferred
