Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage user support requests via ITSM platform (Tier 1 & 2 escalations)
Maintain, configure, and secure endpoint devices using MECM and Intune
Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and assist with network/firewall tasks
Ensure systems adhere to NIST 800-171 and other compliance standards
Create documentation, user training materials, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or IT support
Hands-on experience with MECM, Intune, PowerShell, and M365/Azure
Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, or other security frameworks
Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
