Responsibilities

Utilize and maintain existing SAP Business Objects and Power BI reports, with ability to write new reports and adapt to successor systems as required

Collaborate with individuals within the Cerberus Business Finance team to gather requirements for report development and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Ask pertinent questions and create new analytical reports to meet evolving needs

Ability to analyze P&L drivers and assist with fund performance reporting to management

Manage and maintain data for the Cerberus Business Finance, including data accuracy, performing cleanup activities, and ensuring data integrity

Involvement in ad-hoc strategic projects including technology initiatives and system enhancements as required

Ability to interact with front office investment professionals and supporting groups within the firm, as well as institutional investors and their associated advisors

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

2 - 4 years of experience in a related role; Experience working in private equity, hedge funds, or other financial institutions

Experience with Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or Tableau required

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather requirements, identify trends, and generate actionable reports

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Understanding of funds and fund structures, financial statements and accounting, including European-style waterfalls

Attention to detail and accuracy; strong quality control

Strong work ethic and integrity, candidate should be a team player that is highly organized and self-motivated

Preferred

Understanding of Direct Lending or Private Credit is a plus

Demonstrable experience with Anaplan, Python, or equivalent platforms are a plus

Desire to understand and work with Artificial Intelligence platforms is a plus
