As a Lead Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems, ensuring operational excellence and safety in a fast-paced environment.
Facilities Services
Responsibilities
Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans
Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment
Performing tasks independently without direct supervision
Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license. Clean driving record is a must
Work Nights, Overnight Position
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively
Preferred
Past Hood Cleaning Experience is a big plus
Overnight crew experience is preferred but not required
