Required
High School diploma
Must have a strong desire to work effectively in a team environment, utilize MPS skills, and be able to perform to the 'Midmark Production System Team Leader Evaluation Standard'. Minimum evaluation guidelines are measured against: Restoring flow, problem solving, continuous improvement, training, cycle times and line balancing, standardized work, communication, and quality
Good manual dexterity skills, ability to quickly learn new tasks, reliable transportation, good work ethic, ability to get along well with others, has mechanical aptitude, and can stand in one position for long periods of time
Ability to learn to drive forklift and WAVE
