Responsibilities
Lead and manage QC lab technicians
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 17025 standards
Perform blueprint reading and GD&T analysis
Program and operate CMM (PC-DMIS) equipment
Conduct weld analysis and calibration
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support quality initiatives
Maintain safety and lab compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 1 year experience, or Associate degree + 3 years experience, or 5+ years experience in lieu of degree
Strong knowledge of quality control, welding, and quality assurance
Experience with CMM, blueprints, measurements, GD&T, and weld analysis
Preferred
Leadership experience preferred
