Trf Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer for their financial client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support large-scale financial data processing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Databricks

Build and optimize data workflows for financial systems and reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, risk teams, and developers

Support large-scale financial data processing and ensure data accuracy

Apply knowledge of financial instruments (bonds, equities, derivatives, options) in engineering scalable data solutions

Required

5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related data-focused role

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Finance or Data Engineering certifications are a plus
