Responsibilities
Effectively perform all restoration & cleaning services the company offers including carpet, hard surface, air duct, exterior, and upholstery cleaning, water, fire, and smoke damage mitigation, board up and tarp over, etc
Communicate effectively with customers
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Perform basic vehicle maintenance
Inspect completed work
Complete technician’s daily log
Complete Work Orders
Complete appropriate restoration documentation
Follow Rainbow uniform policy
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Qualification
Required
Effectively perform all restoration & cleaning services the company offers including carpet, hard surface, air duct, exterior, and upholstery cleaning, water, fire, and smoke damage mitigation, board up and tarp over, etc
Communicate effectively with customers
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Perform basic vehicle maintenance

Complete appropriate restoration documentation
Follow Rainbow uniform policy
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Must have valid driver's license
Good driving record
Be able to pass in depth background and drug tests
Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Preferred
IICRC or RIA certifications a plus but not required
