They are seeking a mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of their multifamily apartment communities through various maintenance tasks.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
Miscellaneous Maintenance
Grounds upkeep and snow removal
Interior painting
Plumbing
Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
Maintaining common areas
Responding to work orders in a timely manner
Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard
All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid Driver's License
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Preferred
Experience in multi-family housing preferred
Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
