Responsibilities

Support the development of medium to large-scope projects with significant complexities, impacting major company programs
Execute and coordinate projects with a multidisciplined design team
Provide technical design support, prepare schematic designs, construction documents, and specifications in compliance with project requirements and building design
Explore subject areas, define project scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods to address project challenges

Mechanical Engineering degreeProfessional Engineering RegistrationHVAC system designRevit proficiencyConstruction document preparationInnovation skillsIndustrial engineering experienceProblem-solving skills

Required

Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Professional Engineering (PE) Registration or be on a path to obtaining licensure in multiple states
Minimum 5 years of related experience HVAC and plumbing system design
Ability to support and execute projects independently from handoff
Experience preparing construction documents
Competency in Revit

Preferred

Mission critical or industrial engineering experience
Experience preparing advanced analyses (e.g., system coordination, load calculations)
Strong problem-solving and innovation skills
